Sakhli Kipianze (“House on Kipiani”) is a Tbilisi restaurant located at 5 Dimitri Kipiani Street, blending elegant interior design with a thoughtfully crafted menu. The official website presents the restaurant’s identity, menu and contact information in a clean, image-driven layout and provides an easy-to-use online reservation system. Built as a bilingual website (Georgian and English), the project focuses on fast performance, mobile-first design and SEO-optimized structure so that diners can find the restaurant in search results for queries such as “restaurants in Tbilisi”, “Vake restaurants” and “restaurants on Kipiani street”, and quickly book a table.

Challenge
Independent restaurants in Tbilisi are often represented online only through social-media pages and aggregator platforms, which dilute their brand voice, complicate the reservation experience and limit visibility in organic search. Sakhli Kipianze required a digital presence that would honour the restaurant’s refined identity, communicate its philosophy clearly and enable guests to discover the menu and book a table without friction.
Solution
A bespoke bilingual website was designed and developed in close alignment with the restaurant’s visual identity, featuring a restrained, image-driven layout, a clearly structured menu and an intuitive online reservation flow. SEO architecture, structured metadata and performance optimisation were embedded from the outset, while the content model anticipates future expansion into events, private dining and editorial storytelling.
Process
The engagement began with a discovery phase covering brand positioning, target audiences and the restaurant’s operational requirements. A content architecture was then defined for menu, reservations and contact, with parallel Georgian and English fields. Design and development proceeded iteratively, focusing on typography, photography integration, mobile-first responsiveness and an accessible reservation system, complemented by on-page SEO refinement and analytics implementation to support continuous improvement.
