Lumino (lumino.ge) is a full-featured e-commerce platform dedicated to art and craft supplies in Georgia. The store provides a carefully curated assortment of acrylic, oil, watercolour and gouache paints, primed canvases, brushes, sketchbooks and paper, markers, easels, clay, sculpting tools and decorative materials. Lumino represents leading international brands such as MontMarte, Pebeo, SIO-2, PaintGlow Cosmetics and LaDot Cosmetics, combining premium product quality with countrywide delivery, branch pickup and a loyalty program. The website features rich product catalogs, blog content for artists, a multilingual interface and structured SEO architecture, making it easy for customers to find exactly the right materials for painting, drawing, sculpting and DIY projects.

Challenge
Georgian artists, students and creative professionals have historically faced a fragmented market for art supplies, with limited online options, inconsistent product information and a lack of authoritative guidance on materials. Many premium international brands were either inaccessible or distributed through scattered, non-specialised channels, making it difficult to compare products, identify suitable alternatives and order with confidence.

Lumino consolidates the leading international art-supply brands within a single, professionally maintained e-commerce platform. Each product is presented with structured attributes, clear categorisation and reliable availability information, while editorial content guides customers in selecting appropriate materials for their creative goals. The combination of a curated assortment, dedicated delivery service, in-store pickup and a loyalty programme establishes Lumino as a long-term partner for the Georgian creative community.
Process
The project began with a detailed analysis of the Georgian art-supply market, customer journeys and brand portfolio. A structured catalogue model was then designed, organising products by category, brand, technique and price range, with parallel content fields for three languages. The e-commerce platform was implemented with a strong focus on performance, mobile-first design, SEO architecture and conversion-oriented UX, accompanied by editorial workflows that allow the team to publish blog content, product descriptions and brand stories at scale.
